Carrie’s Cookies and Confections started with my love of baking. As a family tradition we would decorate cookies every holiday. I enjoyed it so much that I decided to enroll in culinary school to become a pastry chef. After finishing school I started Carrie’s Cookies and Confections. We have been in business since 2006.
